令和６年度　入学式式辞（概要）

　私たちは現在、「正解のない時代」を生きています。グローバル化や通信技術の進化、生産年齢人口の減少など、社会は急速に変化しており、武力紛争や物価高騰が続く中で、平和で豊かな生活の確信も揺らいでいます。世界の出来事が私たちの生活に影響を与え、「未知なこと」や「予測不能なこと」が日常的に発生しています。

　このような状況で未来を生き抜くためには、同調圧力に流されず、自分の足で立ち、自分の心で感じ、自分の頭で考え、他者と対話することが重要です。知識や経験の異なる他者との対話は面倒に感じるかもしれませんが、人工知能や他者の決定に従って、自分達で社会の方向性を決めることを放棄して、私たちは本当に幸せになれるでしょうか。幸せを追求するには、自分たちで「納得解」を導く努力が必要です。

　新型コロナウイルスのパンデミックで社会のデジタル化が進みましたが、実際の体験や対面でのコミュニケーションが求められていることも実感されています。皆さんには、毎日顔を合わせる家族や学校の先輩、友人、先生、地域の方々との関わりを大切にし、相手の表情を見ながら挨拶を交わし、生の声で話すことの重要性を理解してほしいと思います。こうした日常を大切にすることで、人として成長し、「しなやかな強さ」を身につけることができるでしょう。

　一方、高校生活の三年間には、困難や答えが見つからない問題もあるでしょう。その際は、一人で解決しようとせず、友人や家族、先生に頼ってください。周囲には必ず、自分を見守ってくれる人がいます。

　最後に、三年間の宿題として、心を込めて自分から挨拶をすること、そして一日に一回自分の笑顔を鏡で見ることを提案します。あなたの挨拶や笑顔には、あなた自身の気持ちを前向きにし、周囲も幸せにする力があるのです。笑顔を心掛け、浜名高校での日々を楽しく過ごしましょう。

It is a great pleasure for us to be here today to celebrate the 2024 Entrance Ceremony of Shizuoka Prefectural Hamana High School in the presence of our distinguished guests, parents, and families.
Congratulations to the 40 new students who have just been admitted to the school. From today, you will begin your new lives as students of our school. We all extend a warm welcome to you.
Dear parents and guardians, today Hamana High School joins the ranks of those who will nurture your treasures together. Your children will walk the path to independence through their studies at our school. All of us at Hamana will do our best to help them grow into happy citizens who can make valuable contributions to society. We look forward to building a relationship in which we can rejoice together in your child's growth.
I would like to ask for your deep understanding and warm cooperation in the educational activities of our school.
I wish the new students a fruitful life here at Hamana and a strong first step towards your bright future.
